Christian Dior Area Visual Merchandiser

- Ensure the Maison image standards are implemented across all boutiques in the area.
- Oversee the in-store client experience, ensuring optimal lighting, music, videos, and decorative elements.
- Manage store window setups and collection launches in alignment with the VM and Merchandising Calendar.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure high-level execution of visual merchandising.
- Coordinate with external suppliers to maintain brand standards.
- Supervise in-store VMs for daily activities and manage VM props organization and inventories.
- Provide qualitative feedback to in-store VMs based on central VM guidelines.
- Utilize photo-reporting as a primary communication channel, ensuring high-quality and timely submissions.
- Act as a liaison between boutique retail teams and the Zone VM Manager.
- Plan product rotations to maximize sales while adhering to central guidelines.
- Monitor boutique performance and sell-through per collection.
- Deliver continuous training to VMs and engage retail teams in maintaining image standards.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a company with international exposure.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint; knowledge of Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
- Flexibility in working hours, including late nights and weekends.
- Willingness to travel for business purposes.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and creativity.
- Interest in fashion, design, and art.
- Strong people orientation.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Minimum of 5 years in a similar role within an internationally exposed company.
