Christian Dior Area Visual Merchandiser

- Ensure the implementation of Maison image standards across all boutiques in the designated area.
- Oversee the in-store client experience, ensuring optimal lighting, music, videos, and decoration elements.
- Manage store window setups and collection launches in alignment with the VM and Merchandising Calendar.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Retail, Operations, Merchandising, and Marketing/Events to ensure high-level VM execution.
- Coordinate with external suppliers to uphold brand standards.
- Organize and maintain VM props and inventories, ensuring their condition and reporting needs to the Zone VM Manager.
- Provide qualitative feedback to in-store VMs based on central VM guidelines after setups.
- Utilize photo-reporting as the primary communication channel, ensuring high-quality images and timely feedback implementation.
- Serve as the liaison between boutique Retail Teams and the Zone VM Manager.
- Plan product rotations to maximize sales while adhering to central guidelines.
- Monitor boutique performance, focusing on sell-through per collection and universe.
- Deliver continuous training to VMs, incorporating updates from the central VM department.
- Develop plans to engage Retail Teams in maintaining daily image standards.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a company with international exposure.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint; knowledge of Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
- Flexibility in working hours, including late nights and weekends.
- Willingness to travel for business purposes.
- Entrepreneurial spirit.
- Creativity with an interest in fashion, design, and art.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a company with international exposure is required.
