1. Ensure the Maison image standards are implemented across all boutiques in the area.
2. Oversee in-store client experience, including lighting, music, videos, and decoration elements.
3. Manage store window setups and collection launches in alignment with the VM and Merchandising Calendar.
4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure high-level VM execution.
5. Coordinate with external suppliers to meet brand standards.
6. Supervise in-store VMs for daily VM activities.
7. Organize and maintain VM props and inventories, reporting needs to the Zone VM Manager.
8. Provide qualitative feedback to in-store VMs based on central VM guidelines.
9. Utilize photo-reporting as the primary communication channel, ensuring high-quality and timely submissions.
10. Serve as the liaison between boutique Retail Teams and the Zone VM Manager.
11. Plan product rotations to maximize sales while aligning with central guidelines.
12. Monitor boutique performance and sell-through per collection.
13. Provide continuous training to VMs and engage Retail Teams in maintaining image standards.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a company with international exposure.
2. Proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
3. Flexibility in working hours, including late nights and weekends.
4. Availability for business travel.

1. Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint; Adobe Photoshop knowledge is a plus.
2. Entrepreneurial spirit and creativity with an interest in fashion, design, and art.
3. Strong people orientation.
4. Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Minimum 5 years in a similar role within an internationally exposed company.
