Christian Dior Architecture Project Management Coordinator

- Assist Project Development Directors in the WEST division with project development actions.
- Implement and update various procedures and guidelines for projects.
- Coordinate project presentations with internal departments such as Presidency, Visual Merchandising, Communication, and Retail.
- Facilitate effective communication between Architecture & Store Planning teams, internal departments, and suppliers.
- Gather and compile project-related data from appropriate contacts.
- Draft minutes for strategic meetings with other departments as needed.
- Occasionally liaise with suppliers to gather information on pricing, timelines, finishes, dimensions, and request commercial documentation.
- Print guidelines for Concept Book & R&D procurement lists.
- Update the 'Responsibility Matrix' procedures worldwide for Architecture teams in international subsidiaries.
- Receive and evaluate Minor Works requests from teams across all regions.
- Collaborate with the Design Team on Minor Works projects and define timelines based on stakeholders and actions.
- Serve as a point of contact for communicating necessary references for store maintenance.
- Update 'BOH Guidelines' procedures worldwide for Architecture teams in international subsidiaries.
- Update forecasts related to design modifications in collaboration with zones and Procurement team.
- Centralize and distribute minutes following Boutique Committee meetings.
- Manage billing, track worldwide project design fees, and analyze budgetary data periodically.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years of significant professional experience in a similar role within a dynamic environment.
- Experience in construction, architecture, or real estate is advantageous.
- Fluency in English (spoken, written, and read) is mandatory.
- Versatility and adaptability
- Strong organizational skills
- Autonomous and able to manage priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Basic knowledge of InDesign and Photoshop is appreciated
A minimum of 3 years of significant professional experience in a similar role within a dynamic environment is required.
Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
