Christian Dior Architecture Project Management Coordinator

- Assist Project Development Directors in the WEST division with project development activities.
- Implement and update various procedures and guidelines for projects.
- Coordinate project presentations with internal departments such as Presidency, Visual Merchandising, Communication, and Retail.
- Facilitate effective communication between Architecture & Store Planning teams, internal departments, and suppliers.
- Gather and compile project-related data from relevant stakeholders.
- Draft minutes from strategic meetings as needed.
- Engage in supplier relations by obtaining information on pricing, timelines, finishes, dimensions, and requesting commercial documentation.
- Print guidelines for Concept Book and R&D procurement lists.
- Update the 'Responsibility Matrix' procedures globally for Architecture teams in international subsidiaries.
- Receive and evaluate Minor Works requests from teams across all regions.
- Collaborate with the Design Team to track Minor Works projects and establish timelines.
- Serve as a contact point for maintenance reference communication for boutiques.
- Update 'BOH Guidelines' procedures globally for Architecture teams in international subsidiaries.
- Update forecasts related to design modifications in coordination with zones and Procurement team.
- Centralize and distribute minutes following Boutique Committee meetings.
- Manage billing and track worldwide project design fees, periodically analyzing budgetary data.
- Higher education degree
- Significant and successful professional experience in a similar role within a dynamic environment
- Experience in construction, architecture, or real estate is advantageous
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)
- Versatile and rigorous
- Highly organized and autonomous
- Effective priority management
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Basic knowledge of InDesign and Photoshop is appreciated
Minimum of 3 years in a relevant field.
Higher education degree required.
