1. Perform preliminary preparation tasks for ingredients.
2. Assist Demi Chefs de Partie and Chefs de Partie in the preparation and presentation of dishes.
3. Ensure service is conducted according to restaurant protocols and procedures.
4. Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of kitchen facilities and equipment in compliance with HACCP standards.
5. Participate in the receipt of goods following HACCP protocols and hotel procedures.
6. Set up and distribute dishes.
7. Assist in the sorting and disposal of waste.
8. Report any 'abnormal' situations regarding safety or potential accidents to superiors.
