1. Collaborate with Image Campaign Project Managers to assist in the preparation, execution, and finalization of advertising and digital campaigns.
2. Coordinate effectively between internal teams and external partners throughout pre-production, production, and post-production phases.
3. Manage logistics for styling, including preparation of styling documents for shoots and coordination with marketing and press departments.
4. Prepare and consolidate documents for top management, covering concepts, locations, casting, and talents.
5. Handle billing and payment processes for service providers, including creation of purchase orders and contracts.
6. Create boards for looks, concepts, and shot lists during the shooting phase.
7. Oversee logistics of collection management from pre-production to shoot completion, ensuring product conformity.
8. Formalize product visibility in visuals and videos using PowerPoint.
9. Coordinate retouching processes between business units and retouchers.
10. Develop overviews summarizing assets created for campaigns.
11. Monitor validation of guidelines and out-of-home (OOH) adaptations.
12. Upload images and videos to the company's servers.
13. Ensure smooth operation of the service, including supply orders.

Beginner level experience in a related field is required.

Currently pursuing a degree in Communication or Business.
