1. Collaborate closely with Image Campaign Project Managers to prepare, monitor, and finalize advertising and digital campaigns.
2. Ensure effective coordination between internal teams and external partners throughout pre-production, production, and post-production stages.
3. Manage logistics for styling, including preparation of styling documents for shoots and coordination with marketing and press departments.
4. Organize and consolidate documents for top management, covering concept, location, casting, and talents.
5. Handle billing and payments for service providers, including creation of purchase orders and contracts.
6. Create boards for looks, concepts, and shot lists during shoots.
7. Oversee logistics of the collection from pre-production to the end of the shoot, ensuring product conformity.
8. Coordinate retouching processes between business units and retouchers.
9. Summarize developed assets for campaigns and manage guideline validations and OOH adaptations.
10. Download images and videos to the company's servers and ensure smooth operation of the service, including supply orders.

1. Enrollment in a Communication or Business School.

1. Agility and organizational skills.
2. Versatility and attention to detail.
3. Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.

Currently enrolled in a Communication or Business School.
