1. Collaborate closely with Image Campaign Project Managers to support the preparation, execution, and finalization of advertising and digital campaigns.
2. Coordinate effectively between internal teams and external partners across pre-production, production, and post-production phases.
3. Manage logistics for styling, including preparation of styling documents for shoots and coordination with marketing and press departments.
4. Oversee the creation of purchase orders and contracts, ensuring timely billing and payment of service providers.
5. Develop boards for looks, concepts, and shot lists, and manage the logistics of collections from pre-production to post-shoot.
6. Coordinate retouching processes between business units and retouchers, and ensure the upload of images/videos to the company's servers.
7. Prepare and consolidate documents for top management, including concept, location, casting, and talent details.
8. Ensure the smooth operation of the service, including ordering supplies.

1. Enrollment in a Communication or Business School.

2. Versatility and attention to detail.
3. Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.
