1. Manage a portfolio of business units, serving as the primary contact for invoice accounting using M3 and Coupa systems.
2. Create and maintain supplier accounts.
3. Reconcile and analyze supplier accounts.
4. Monitor advance payments and follow up on outstanding invoices.
5. Participate in monthly financial closings.
6. Initiate supplier payment campaigns.
7. Control and validate expense reports.
8. Assist in managing the Accounts Payable generic email inbox.

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting.
2. Minimum of 3 years of significant experience in Accounts Payable.

1. Proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel skills, including formulas and pivot tables.
2. Strong organizational and analytical skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
4. Operational proficiency in English.
5. Familiarity with INFOR M3 and COUPA is advantageous.

A minimum of 3 years of significant experience in Accounts Payable is required.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting.
