1. Manage a portfolio and serve as the primary contact for Business Unit collaborators, overseeing invoice accounting within M3 and Coupa systems.
2. Create and maintain supplier accounts.
3. Reconcile and analyze supplier accounts.
4. Monitor advance payments and address missing invoice claims.
5. Contribute to monthly financial closings.
6. Initiate supplier payment campaigns.
7. Control and validate expense reports.
8. Assist in managing the generic Accounts Payable email inbox.

1. Holder of a Bac+2 degree.
2. Significant experience in Accounts Payable.

1. Proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel skills, including formulas and pivot tables.
2. Strong organizational and critical thinking abilities.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Operational proficiency in English.
5. Familiarity with INFOR M3 and COUPA is advantageous.

Minimum of 3 years in Accounts Payable.

Bac+2 degree.
