Christian Dior Accounts & Logistics Executive

- Coordinate across departments and partner with shared service teams to accurately review, verify, and process invoices for payment, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Support the retail team in processing client refunds.
- Manage dispute management (chargeback) related issues with banks and credit companies.
- Review outstanding credit notes regularly.
- Serve as an escalation point for vendor-related matters such as payment, vendor creation, and modification.
- Assist in the preparation and review of expense reports.
- Support month-end closing activities by providing necessary documentation and reports related to accounts payable shared service team.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
- Monitor direct inbound or outbound logistic operations, including transportation, warehouse activities, safety performance, and logistics quality management.
- Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs, and efficiency.
- Handle day-to-day stock management in the system.
- Manage CITES applications to support store sales of exotic leather goods.
- Degree in Accountancy with at least 3 years of experience in a similar capacity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in SAP accounting software is an advantage.
- Diligent and detail-oriented.
- Willingness to learn and develop.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting.
Degree in Accountancy.
