1. Coordinate across departments and partner with shared service teams to accurately review, verify, and process invoices for payment, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
2. Support the retail team in processing client refunds.
3. Manage dispute management (chargeback) related issues with banks and credit companies.
4. Review outstanding credit notes regularly.
5. Serve as an escalation point for vendor-related matters such as payment, vendor creation, and modification.
6. Assist in the preparation and review of expense reports.
7. Support month-end closing activities by providing necessary documentation and reports related to accounts payable shared service team.
8. Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
9. Monitor direct inbound or outbound logistic operations, including transportation, warehouse activities, safety performance, and logistics quality management.
10. Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs, and efficiency.
11. Handle day-to-day stock management in the system.
12. Manage CITES applications to support store sales of exotic leather goods.

1. Degree in Accountancy with at least 3 years of experience in a similar capacity.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
2. Experience in SAP accounting software is an advantage.
3. Diligent and detail-oriented.
4. Willingness to learn and develop.
5. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting.

Degree in Accountancy.
