1. Update weekly budget tracking files using Excel and SAP accounting extractions.
2. Prepare monthly closures with provision files to be sent to accounting, adhering to deadlines.
3. Analyze tracking files with the manager before submission to financial control.
4. Ensure follow-up on re-invoicing to subsidiaries, tracking each expense by country from purchase order creation to invoicing.
5. Send monthly intercompany invoices to general accounting.
6. Verify transport invoices with the Women's Press team to prepare internal transfer entries.
7. Assist in budget revisions.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
2. Fluency in English.
3. Familiarity with SAP and proficiency in Excel preferred.
4. Sociable, curious, and flexible personality.
