1. Manage the management team's schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
2. Prepare and organize logistics for meetings as requested by the management team.
3. Maintain the management team's files in an orderly manner.
4. Handle departmental orders.
5. Manage correspondence for the management team and occasionally for the department.
6. Participate in the department's archiving operations, both physical and digital.
7. Produce key performance indicators for auxiliary accounting.
8. Provide occasional assistance with accounting tasks, such as client/supplier account analysis, supplier/client circularizations, check deposit preparations, and intercompany account reconciliations.
9. Assist the BPO team with tasks such as procedure harmonization, order analysis, and preparation of training support documents.
10. Translate documents into English as needed.
11. Fulfill ad hoc assistance requests from the department based on current agendas and activities.

1. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
