1. Manage the management team's schedules, including appointments and travel arrangements.
2. Prepare and organize logistical aspects of meetings as requested by the management team.
3. Maintain the management team's files efficiently.
4. Handle departmental orders.
5. Manage correspondence for the management team and occasionally for the department.
6. Participate in departmental archiving operations, both physical and digital.
7. Produce key performance indicators (KPIs) for auxiliary accounting.
8. Provide occasional assistance with accounting tasks, such as client/supplier account analysis, supplier/client circularizations, check deposit preparations, and intercompany account reconciliations.
9. Offer occasional support to the BPO team, including procedure harmonization, purchase order analysis, and training document preparation.
10. Translate documents into English as needed.
11. Respond to ad hoc assistance requests from the department based on current needs and agenda.
