1. Reconcile sales and prepare monthly reports for headquarters.
2. Reconcile EDI sales and variable rent for offline stores and e-commerce channels.
3. Manage collection and reconcile variances against accounts receivable balance.
4. Reconcile customer deposit transactions.
5. Reconcile tax-free transactions for monthly closing.
6. Prepare for group reviews and external audits.
7. Reconcile VAT and file output VAT.
8. Process payment of withholding tax and duty.
9. Support the preparation of corporate tax filings.
10. Manage bank transactions and foreign exchange valuations.
11. Forecast cashflow and conduct actual analysis.
12. Manage cash in accordance with corporate policy.
13. Manage vendor master data.
14. Oversee corporate credit card issuance and limits.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting and finance.
2. Experience in running closing processes and managing cross-functional relationships.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Preferred experience with SAP systems.
3. Ability to manage stressful situations effectively and maintain a positive attitude.

Over 3-5 years’ experience in accounting and finance, preferably within the retail industry.
