Christian Dior Accessories & Shoes Department Manager

- Manage the department's sales performance and uphold service standards.
- Optimize space and stock usage to maximize sales and minimize resource wastage.
- Ensure effective merchandise display using promotional materials to meet current demand.
- Lead client recruitment and foster client loyalty through CRM activities.
- Achieve boutique capture rate and mystery shopper targets.
- Handle customer situations with professionalism.
- Monitor competitor activities and communicate insights to the team.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of back-office functions and boutique analysis.
- Ensure the boutique maintains correct basic stock levels.
- Provide feedback to ensure timely replenishment of popular selling lines.
- Control stock loss within budget and conduct effective stock audits.
- Adhere to company security procedures regarding theft and pilferage.
- Report suspected shoplifters to Loss Prevention officers.
- Train staff on company systems related to cash handling and loss prevention.
- Participate in recruitment, training, evaluation, and development of staff.
- Oversee employee performance appraisals and identify development opportunities.
- Communicate effectively to develop a stable team and succession plan.
- Conduct morning briefings and motivate the team to achieve objectives.
- Network with Dior management to share best practices.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping and retail standards.
- Participate in stock takes outside normal working hours.
- Perform additional duties as directed by management.
- Stay informed about company and department store policies and procedures.
- Significant management experience within the luxury goods industry.
- Strong knowledge and expertise in accessories, leather goods, and shoes.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Inspirational leadership with the ability to motivate teams.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
- Passion for customer service and strong clienteling experience.
- Fluency in a second language (preferred).
Minimum of 5 years in a management role within the luxury goods industry.
