Chopard Watchmaking Prototype Specialist

- Produce watch components using traditional methods without digital assistance, ensuring adherence to deadlines, quality, and safety standards.
- Perform finishing on various watch parts (80% of the time).
- Machine components using traditional machining methods (20% of the time).
- Master self-inspection processes.
- Ensure the digital tracking of data.
- Guarantee continuous improvement of machining processes and associated equipment (fixtures, machines, and specific tools).
- Contribute to a knowledge matrix to preserve expertise.
- Execute axis pivoting.
- Polish pinion wings.
- Perform decoration tasks such as polishing and circling on pinions.
- Conduct rolling processes.
- CFC Watchmaker training with micromechanics skills or equivalent qualification.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in prototyping preferred.
- Knowledge of conventional machining machines: pointer, lathe 70, lathe 102, pantograph.
- Familiarity with traditional finishing machines and tools: watchmaker's lathe, wing polishing machine, rolling lathe.
- Experience in high-end watchmaking.
- Basic computer skills.
- Knowledge of measurement devices such as Marcel Aubert.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Autonomy, attention to detail, and flexibility.
