1. Oversee all stages of manufacturing Ferdinand Berthoud movements, ensuring adherence to deadlines, quality, and safety protocols.
2. Transfer expertise to workshop colleagues.
3. Perform pre-assembly, assembly, regulation, and casing.
4. Conduct technical inspections.
5. Identify needs and restore after-sales service items.
6. Ensure self-monitoring and quality information feedback for delivered products.
7. Contribute to continuous product and process improvement.
8. Assist in the integration of new products.

1. Swiss Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) in watchmaking or equivalent qualification.
2. Proven experience in the field of complication movements.
