- Lead and manage a team of 15 employees in surface technology, including galvanization, lapping, and polishing.
- Ensure production meets performance, schedule, and quality standards with appropriate personnel planning.
- Optimize work processes, including systematic analysis and resolution of root causes of errors.
- Analyze and develop new manufacturing methods and support new development projects.
- Successful completion of technical training as a master craftsman, technician, or business administrator with a focus on production.
- Analytical and structured work approach with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive leadership personality with strong assertiveness and communication skills.
- Proficiency in German and good command of English.
Several years of industrial experience in the field of surface technology or electroplating is desirable.
Technical training as a master craftsman, technician, or business administrator with a production focus.
