1. Lead and manage a team of 15 employees in surface technology, including galvanization, lapping, and polishing.
2. Ensure production meets performance, schedule, and quality standards with appropriate personnel planning.
3. Optimize work processes, including systematic analysis and resolution of root causes of errors.
4. Analyze and develop new manufacturing methods and support new development projects.

1. Successful completion of technical training as a master craftsman, technician, or business administrator with a focus on production.

1. Analytical and structured work approach with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
2. Proactive leadership personality with strong assertiveness and communication skills.
3. Proficiency in German and good command of English.

Several years of industrial experience in the field of surface technology or electroplating is desirable.

Technical training as a master craftsman, technician, or business administrator with a production focus.
