1. Manage B2B customer accounts within the domestic market.
2. Enter orders into the ERP system.
3. Determine, allocate, and monitor delivery schedules.
4. Coordinate the dispatch of finished goods.
5. Oversee the finished goods inventory.
6. Correspond with the headquarters and global branches in both German and English.

1. Successful completion of a commercial apprenticeship.
2. Professional experience in sales administration.

1. Proficiency in English; French is desirable.
2. Adeptness with IT systems.
3. Ability to work independently.
4. Strong communication skills.
5. Personal commitment and flexibility.

Previous experience in sales administration is required.
