1. Provide exceptional service to both national and international clientele.
2. Acquire new clients and actively maintain existing customer relationships.
3. Sell high-end watches and jewelry pieces.
4. Assist in the organization and execution of events.
5. Professionally present merchandise in the boutique and display windows.
6. Maintain the CRM program and complete all necessary administrative tasks.

1. Experience in luxury sales, preferably in the jewelry and/or watch industry.
2. Strong customer service orientation and enthusiasm for sales.
3. Team player with a confident, persuasive, and charismatic demeanor, complemented by a positive attitude and polished appearance.
4. Fluency in German and business-level proficiency in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
5. Proficiency in MS Office and inventory management systems.
6. Exceptional commitment, resilience, and a strong focus on quality.

Prior experience in luxury sales, ideally within the jewelry and/or watch sector, is required.
