1. Provide exceptional service to both national and international clientele at KaDeWe.
2. Engage in new client acquisition and actively maintain existing customer relationships.
3. Sell high-end watches and jewelry pieces.
4. Assist in the organization and execution of events.
5. Professionally present merchandise in the boutique and window displays.
6. Maintain the CRM program and complete all necessary administrative tasks.

1. Strong customer and service orientation with a passion for sales.
2. Team player with a confident, persuasive, and winning demeanor, coupled with a positive aura and well-groomed appearance.
3. Fluency in German and business-level proficiency in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
4. Proficiency in MS Office and inventory management systems.
