1. Provide support to national and international clients.
2. Cultivate existing client relationships and acquire new clientele.
3. Sell high-luxury watches and jewelry.
4. Participate in the organization and execution of events.
5. Identify sales opportunities within and outside the boutique.
6. Utilize the CRM system daily to manage client and prospect information, create selling opportunities, and complete client-related tasks.
7. Assist in delivering flawless after-sale service.
8. Perform necessary administrative tasks.

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail or hospitality, or in a similar role.

1. Strong communication skills.
2. Business fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages such as Dutch, Mandarin, or Russian is desirable.
3. Service-oriented and sales-driven mindset.
4. Honest and positive attitude towards work and customers.
5. Strong quality awareness.

A minimum of 2 years in luxury retail, hospitality, or a similar function is required.
