- Provide support to national and international clients.
 - Cultivate existing client relationships and acquire new clientele.
 - Sell high-luxury watches and jewelry.
 - Participate in the organization and execution of events.
 - Identify sales opportunities within and outside the boutique.
 - Utilize the CRM system daily to manage client and prospect information, create selling opportunities, and complete client-related tasks.
 - Assist in delivering flawless after-sale service.
 - Perform necessary administrative tasks.
 
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail or hospitality, or in a similar role.
 
- Strong communication skills.
 - Business fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages such as Dutch, Mandarin, or Russian is desirable.
 - Service-oriented and sales-driven mindset.
 - Honest and positive attitude towards work and customers.
 - Strong quality awareness.
 
A minimum of 2 years in luxury retail, hospitality, or a similar function is required.
