1. Provide exceptional support to both national and international clients.
2. Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing clients while acquiring new clientele.
3. Drive sales of high-luxury watches and jewellery.
4. Participate in the organization and execution of boutique events.
5. Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities within and outside the boutique.
6. Utilize the CRM system daily for client and prospect management, creating sales opportunities and completing client-related tasks.
7. Ensure flawless after-sales service.
8. Perform necessary administrative duties.

1. Minimum of 3 years in luxury retail or hospitality, or a similar role.

1. Strong communication skills.
2. Business fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages such as Mandarin or Russian is advantageous.
3. Service-oriented and sales-driven mindset.
4. Honest and positive attitude towards work and customer interactions.
5. High awareness of quality standards.

A minimum of 3 years in luxury retail, hospitality, or a similar function is required.
