1. Assist in client reception and support sales staff during the sales process.
2. Ensure smooth boutique operations by managing client wait times and providing information about Chopard.
3. Participate in visual merchandising, including the setup and maintenance of displays.
4. Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management.
5. Support administrative tasks such as client file management and invoicing.
6. Contribute to marketing and event preparation and execution.
7. Aid in the preparation of pieces for press shoots.
8. Update displays using Cegid software and prepare business reports.
9. Represent Chopard at business meetings organized by major department stores.
10. Assist in team scheduling for two points of sale.
11. Ensure boutique cleanliness and adherence to brand standards.
12. Support after-sales service management and client satisfaction initiatives.

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Luxury Management or a related field.
2. Seeking a one-year internship to gain hands-on experience in the luxury sector.

1. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Strong service orientation with attention to detail and quality.
3. Proficiency in French and English; additional languages are advantageous.
4. Ability to work collaboratively and take initiative.

No prior experience required, but an interest in luxury retail and high jewellery is essential.

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Luxury Management or a related field.
