Chopard Purchasing Specialist

- Manage requests related to the procurement of precious metals, including portfolio management, providing forecasts to refiners, and communicating gold purchasing rules and sources to supply teams.
- Analyze MRP needs for precious stones, create and track orders, manage remnants, and identify optimal partners for new developments.
- Serve as the primary contact for internal and external partners related to these portfolios, coordinating inherent needs.
- Create and negotiate contracts with suppliers, ensuring documents are updated according to negotiated terms and conditions.
- Ensure documentary compliance (e.g., legal, CSR, cyber risks) with suppliers and maintain these documents through the CRM tool.
- Demonstrate versatility and proficiency in administrative tasks and comprehensive dossier management.
- Apply the requirements of Chopard's Group Purchasing Directive.
- Study the global supplier market, measure supplier performance, and communicate results.
- Negotiate and secure the best rates with suppliers, supporting the department head based on specifications such as quantity, deadline, and quality.
- Order according to negotiated conditions (price, deadlines, quantities).
- Ensure project or need follow-up: monitor order portfolios.
- Resolve reception and invoice disputes.
- Maintain up-to-date article and purchase databases.
- Communicate with other departments: GMP, logistics, orders, exports, development, production.
- Align with responsible purchasing practices and promote best practices to limit environmental and societal impacts.
- Master's degree specialized in Purchasing

- Proficiency in common software, ERP Oracle, and Orbit
- Fluency in English
