- Develop technical and constructive product solutions in close collaboration with the design department.
- Create optimal and innovative solutions while adhering to design and quality standards.
- Decide on material usage and manufacturing processes in cooperation with production, procurement, and suppliers.
- Oversee the development of individual components and assemblies from prototype to mass production.
- Maintain technical documentation.
- Comprehensive training as a mechanical engineering technician, technician in mechanical engineering, or equivalent qualification.
- Several years of professional experience in similar roles, preferably in watch and jewelry parts manufacturing.
- Proficiency in 3D CAD programs, preferably Creo, and product data management in Windchill.
- Excellent MS Office skills and good command of English, both spoken and written.
- Teamwork and reliability.
- Strong quality awareness.
- Independent and self-reliant work style.
Several years of professional experience in technical product development, preferably within the watch and jewelry manufacturing sector.
Training as a mechanical engineering technician or equivalent qualification.
