1. Accurately enter orders for clients, subsidiaries, and boutiques.
2. Verify data, ensure deadlines are met, and follow up on shipments and deliveries.
3. Respond to various information requests and maintain regular contact with clients, subsidiaries, and boutiques.
4. Perform various administrative tasks related to the role.
5. Contribute to the continuous improvement of order management processes.
6. Ensure rigorous follow-up on special orders and personalized requests.
7. Participate in interdepartmental coordination meetings to optimize order flow.
8. Manage customer complaints with professionalism and efficiency.

1. Commercial Employee training or equivalent qualification.
2. 2 years of experience in a similar role.

1. Excellent command of English and French; German is an advantage.
2. Proficiency in computer tools, Oracle is a plus.
3. Analytical and synthesis skills, with strong autonomy and flexibility.

A minimum of 2 years in a similar position is required.

Commercial Employee training or equivalent qualification.
