- Serve as an exceptional Sales Consultant and role model for the team.
- Act as a brand ambassador specializing in Haute Joaillerie and Horlogerie.
- Embody the attitudes of the Selling Ceremony, including empathy, curiosity, agility, and commercial acumen.
- Demonstrate leadership in sales and advanced clienteling skills.
- Utilize available tools to retain clients, attract new prospects, and develop long-term relationships.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the boutique's goals.
- Welcome, advise, and retain a discerning clientele by offering a personalized and refined experience.
- Actively develop the client portfolio through targeted prospecting actions outside the point of sale.
- Participate in private events, prestigious evenings, and strategic occasions to identify and attract new clients.
- Propose commercial development actions outside the boutique in line with the luxury universe and international client expectations.
- Greet each client and offer exceptional service.
- Advise clients on Chopard and its entire product range, maintaining a high level of excellence.
- Collaborate with the team in daily store tasks, including floor management, client reception, and store opening/closing.
- Manage invoices, sales administration, and tax-free transactions.
- Handle after-sales service and inventory management.
- Ensure merchandising quality and boutique appearance.
- Adhere to boutique procedures and company strategy.
- Participate actively in boutique events.
- Minimum BTS degree in commerce, commercial unit management, or luxury management.
- At least 3 years of significant experience in sales, events, or public relations within the luxury sector, preferably in jewelry and watchmaking.
- Fluency in French and English (C1 level preferred); Italian or another language is an asset.
- Strong communication skills and excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Keen attention to detail and quality.

- Excellent service sense and presentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.

A minimum of 3 years in luxury sales, events, or public relations, with a preference for experience in jewelry and watchmaking.
Minimum BTS degree in commerce, commercial unit management, or luxury management.
