Chopard International Sales Manager

- Develop and implement international sales strategies for the Accessories category to ensure sustainable growth in sell-in and sell-out.
- Manage and expand the distribution network in alignment with brand strategy and local market potential.
- Prepare strategic action plans for each market, including analysis, budgeting, assortment, POS development, marketing, training, and sell-out monitoring.
- Oversee the complete order and replenishment cycle, ensuring optimal stock placement at each point of sale.
- Conduct regular market visits to analyze performance, coach teams, manage client relationships, and take field orders.
- Train networks on Accessories products, sales techniques, and marketing initiatives.
- Ensure excellence in visual merchandising across all POS.
- Collaborate with the Director of Accessories and global sales teams to evolve and implement global distribution strategies.
- Maintain professional communication with subsidiaries, distributors, and internal teams to ensure consistent strategy execution.
- Conduct regular performance analyses and contribute to the development of commercial guidelines and training materials.
- Collect and analyze key market information to propose product, merchandising, assortment, pricing, and operational optimizations.
- Monitor sales, sell-out, margins, stocks, and forecasts, producing structured reports for management.
- Represent Chopard at key events, facilitate sales, and ensure exceptional client experiences.
- Proven experience in international sales management within the luxury fashion or accessories industry.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to develop strategic action plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, particularly Salesforce.
- Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles.
- Ability to manage and develop distribution networks.
Extensive experience in international sales management, preferably in the luxury accessories sector.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
