Chopard International Retail Operations Project Manager

- Develop and deploy tools to enhance sales performance.
- Lead and coordinate projects to improve the efficiency of the Retail department.
- Manage change initiatives in boutiques to maximize adoption and success.
- Implement and launch a Cegid Academy for champion users, including creating an e-learning module with the training department.
- Oversee existing payment methods and ongoing monetary projects.
- Develop and launch a new application for boutique sales staff worldwide.
- Serve as an interface and information relay among various departments, subsidiaries, and international boutiques.
- Coordinate and compile various analyses and reports.
- Co-edit, format, and consolidate monthly reporting.
- Update and maintain global databases and distribution lists.
- Maintain and update the Boutique Intranet.
- Update the Retail book and manage international boutique supplies, orders, and distribution.
- Provide operational support for the internal cash register system, ensuring compliance and updates to international guidelines and procedures.
- Support retail events and visits.
- Higher education degree
- 5 years of professional experience in retail
- Experience in a premium or luxury international retail environment is a plus
- Proficiency in French and English with strong writing and communication skills
- Analytical and synthesis skills
- Autonomy and flexibility
- Team spirit and collaboration
- Dynamic, proactive, rigorous, and versatile with excellent organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal relationships and understanding of client needs in the luxury sector
- Ability to integrate well within the Retail team and other departments/subsidiaries
5 years of professional experience in the retail sector, preferably within a premium or luxury international environment.
Higher education degree
Permanent contract with full-time employment.
