1. Strategically manage product assortments and allocations across retail and wholesale locations, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives and operational constraints.
2. Define store assortments by typology, distribution channel, and geographic area.
3. Oversee boutique merchandising, utilizing the Guided Ordering Tool (G.O.T).
4. Manage wholesale and franchise boutique merchandising, defining core ranges by POS category and ensuring consistent replenishment.
5. Engage in regular interactions with sales teams to address old stock issues and propose reallocation solutions.
6. Conduct store performance analysis, monitor KPIs, and identify optimization opportunities.
7. Represent the commercial team in cross-functional projects, supporting product selections and global data governance initiatives.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience as a merchandiser, ideally within the luxury industry.

1. Fluency in French and English.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Advanced proficiency with business analytical tools.
4. Results-driven with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
5. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work independently.

At least 5 years of experience in merchandising, preferably in the luxury sector.
