1. Successfully completed training as a Fine Polisher or other professional qualification in the jewelry industry.
2. Ideally, 3 years of experience in a similar role.
3. Precise and quality-conscious work approach.
4. Good knowledge of German is desirable.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position within the jewelry industry is preferred.
