- Monitor financial performance and provide recommendations for major deviations from agreed targets.
- Manage the annual budget cycle for subsidiaries and conduct monthly and yearly performance reviews against targets.
- Structure and manage the financial reporting cycle, consolidate financial data, and deliver key performance indicators.
- Oversee retail construction and renovation budgets.
- Monitor operational marketing expenses against budgets.
- Provide financial support to the High Jewellery division.
- Prepare financial projections for new boutique projects and offer recommendations.
- Contribute to the implementation of new data solutions and process improvements.
- Maintain the Group Pricing Strategy through reporting, benchmarking, and price adjustment cycles.
- Communicate and provide guidance to operations to enhance financial performance.
- Fluency in French and English.
- University degree in Business with a major in Corporate Finance; experience in the luxury sector is advantageous.
- Knowledge of ERP systems, with Oracle as a plus.
- High reliability and trustworthiness.
