1. Conduct maintenance and repair work on facility systems and equipment.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with electrical systems and machinery.
3. Monitor heating, compressors, and climate control systems.
4. Manage house electrical systems and rectify defects.
5. Coordinate and oversee external maintenance and repair tasks.
6. Perform opening and closing duties.
7. Serve as a point of contact for external contractors.

1. Successfully completed vocational training in a relevant trade.

1. Excellent technical understanding and dexterity.
2. Ability to work independently and in a structured manner.
