1. Conduct technical diagnostics and repairs adhering to Haute Horlogerie standards.
2. Disassemble, clean, adjust, and reassemble mechanical or automatic movements, with or without complications.
3. Perform routine interventions such as battery changes, bracelet adjustments or replacements, casing, and hand-setting.
4. Ensure the technical and aesthetic quality of each watch post-intervention.
5. Conduct water resistance and precision tests in accordance with Swiss horological standards.
6. Manage inventory of spare parts and necessary supplies for interventions.
7. Collaborate with the Customer Service department, providing technical expertise and advice.

1. Diploma in BMA with a specialization in watchmaking.
2. DMA in Horology or equivalent/WOSTEP certification is advantageous.
3. Significant experience (minimum 5 years) in after-sales service workshops, preferably in the luxury sector.

1. Meticulous attention to detail and precision in high-end watchmaking.
2. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
3. Strong project management and training skills.
4. Adaptability to work in a demanding and confidential environment.

A minimum of 5 years in after-sales service workshops, ideally within the luxury sector.

Diploma in BMA with a specialization in watchmaking.
