1. Define and manage the roadmap for the domain, contributing to strategic orientations and drafting master plans.
2. Establish and monitor the annual IT budget for the domain.
3. Lead and manage complex projects, ensuring coherence and effective implementation of IT solutions.
4. Supervise project timelines, workloads, and budgets, ensuring quality deliverables.
5. Oversee tender processes, validate solution choices, and manage vendor relationships.
6. Coordinate team actions during operational incidents and ensure effective problem escalation.
7. Identify and plan improvements and rework of existing systems as necessary.
8. Ensure compliance with internal procedures and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
9. Manage and support the team, evaluating performance and identifying training needs.

1. 8+ years of experience in IT project management, ideally in B2B and/or product domains.
2. Proven experience in team management.
3. Successful experience in PIM (preferably Akeneo) and/or DAM project implementations.
4. Experience with product Master Data management (ERP).
5. Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.

2. Ability to challenge stakeholders and take initiative.
3. Proficient in IT and digital technologies, including integration and data technologies.
4. Project management skills, including tracking and managing projects.

8+ years of experience in IT project management, ideally in B2B and/or product domains.
