Chopard Domain IT Manager - Products and B2B

- Define and manage the roadmap for the domain, contributing to strategic orientations and drafting master plans.
- Establish and monitor the annual IT budget for the domain.
- Lead and manage complex projects, ensuring coherence and effective implementation of IT solutions.
- Supervise project timelines, workloads, and budgets, ensuring quality deliverables.
- Oversee tender processes, validate solution choices, and manage vendor relationships.
- Coordinate team actions during operational incidents and ensure effective problem escalation.
- Identify and plan improvements and rework of existing systems as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage and support the team, evaluating performance and identifying training needs.
- 8+ years of experience in IT project management, ideally in B2B and/or product domains.
- Proven experience in team management.
- Successful experience in PIM (preferably Akeneo) and/or DAM project implementations.
- Experience with product Master Data management (ERP).
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to challenge stakeholders and take initiative.
- Proficient in IT and digital technologies, including integration and data technologies.
- Project management skills, including tracking and managing projects.
8+ years of experience in IT project management, ideally in B2B and/or product domains.
