1. Lead the boutique team in collaboration with the Boutique Manager.
2. Ensure the highest level of service to all Chopard clients.
3. Drive sales growth and acquire new clientele.
4. Implement best retail practices in accordance with the Boutique Charter.
5. Maintain excellence in service, including welcoming, cleaning, after-sales service, and merchandising.
6. Develop business through sales, networking, partnerships, and events.
7. Oversee boutique operations such as inventories, insurance procedures, and training.
8. Support the Boutique Manager with planning and administrative tasks.

1. At least 5 years of experience in luxury retail or luxury hospitality.
2. Proven track record in sales.

2. Expertise in CRM and POS software.
3. Fluency in French, German, and English.
4. Strong selling skills.
5. Excellent communication skills.
6. Team-oriented and flexible.
7. Proactive and detail-oriented.
8. Service-minded with high awareness of confidentiality and compliance.

A minimum of 5 years in luxury retail or luxury hospitality, with a strong sales record.
