1. Perform manual surface preparation and finishing operations such as brushing, satin-finishing, polishing, and buffing.
2. Execute simple surface preparation tasks using CNC finishing machines on various materials including yellow gold, red gold, white gold, platinum, steel, titanium, and brass.
3. Conduct aesthetic quality control of finished pieces.
4. Participate in the development and evaluation of processes to foster innovation and continuous growth.
5. Design and create tooling and fixtures.

1. Manual dexterity and good visual acuity.
2. Enjoyment of teamwork while being persistent and determined.
3. Patience, flexibility, and strong communication skills.
4. Age between 15 and 21 years old.
5. Motivation to pursue a dual education (company and school) for three years to obtain a Federal VET Diploma.

Completion of secondary education with transcripts from the last three years (9th, 10th, 11th grades).
