- Craft unitary or small series tooling using conventional machines through turning, milling, and grinding.
- Perform various operations on CNC machines and electrical discharge machining.
- Finish and assemble tools, including conducting heat treatments.
- Participate in the design and testing of tools.
- Completion of compulsory schooling.
- Aptitude for technical subjects such as mathematics, physics, and technical drawing.
- Interest in precision mechanics.
- Ability to work collaboratively and share opinions while being persistent and determined.
- Good spatial awareness and logical, methodical thinking.
- Manual dexterity.
No prior professional experience is required, but candidates should demonstrate an interest in precision mechanics and technical subjects.
Completion of compulsory schooling.
The apprenticeship offers a dual education system combining company-based training and school education over four years, leading to a Federal VET Diploma (CFC).
