- Supervise and motivate a team of approximately fifteen employees, fostering a collaborative and participative work environment.
- Organize the inflow and outflow of repairs, optimize processing times, and monitor performance indicators such as quality and productivity.
- Act as the technical reference for watchmakers, resolving complex cases and ensuring continuous team skill development through ongoing training.
- Ensure adherence to quality processes in line with Chopard's finishing criteria and brand standards.
- Regularly present KPIs and provide feedback on quality, productivity, and incidents.
- Propose continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean, 5S, and digitalization strategies.
- Collaborate actively with the customer service management and administrative teams.
- Participate in cross-functional projects involving new products and field returns.
- Recognized expertise in watchmaking (CFC or equivalent).
- Proven experience in team management (minimum 5 years), ideally with formal management training.
- Customer service and quality orientation.
- Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in IT tools.

A minimum of 5 years in team management within the watchmaking industry, with a strong emphasis on technical expertise and continuous improvement.
