1. Manage after-sales customer service for domestic and European clients.
2. Oversee repair processes from receipt to dispatch.
3. Prepare cost estimates for repairs.
4. Generate repair orders.
5. Communicate via email and telephone with clients.
6. Perform all administrative tasks, including handling incoming mail.

1. Successful completion of commercial training.
2. Ideally, previous experience in after-sales service.

1. Proficiency in English and French, both written and spoken.
2. Knowledge of an additional foreign language, such as Spanish, is desirable.
3. Experience with ERP systems.
4. Strong Microsoft Office skills.
5. Excellent communication skills.
6. Personal commitment and flexibility.

Previous experience in after-sales service is ideal.

Completion of commercial training.
