1. Develop comprehensive training programs in professional, technical, and management skills for maison employees.
2. Implement management training for boutique managers and assistant managers, coordinating technical training initiatives.
3. Oversee training for new boutique openings and seasonal operational management systems (OMS).
4. Collaborate with Richemont Training Program for office-based staff and managers.
5. Prepare and manage the annual training calendar, maintaining and updating training history records.
6. Manage and control the training budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
7. Assess the effectiveness of training programs through exams or mystery shoppers, providing feedback and proposing improvements.
8. Develop training materials, including newcomer and follow-up guides, as well as fashion basics.

1. 3+ years of training experience in the apparel or luxury industry.
2. Deep knowledge of the luxury fashion business.
3. Intermediate to business-level proficiency in English.
