- Develop comprehensive training programs in professional, technical, and management skills for maison employees.
- Implement management training for boutique managers and assistant managers, coordinating technical training initiatives.
- Oversee training for new boutique openings and seasonal operational management systems (OMS).
- Collaborate with Richemont Training Program for office-based staff and managers.
- Prepare and manage the annual training calendar, maintaining and updating training history records.
- Manage and control the training budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs through exams or mystery shoppers, providing feedback and proposing improvements.
- Develop training materials, including newcomer and follow-up guides, as well as fashion basics.
- 3+ years of training experience in the apparel or luxury industry.
- Deep knowledge of the luxury fashion business.
- Intermediate to business-level proficiency in English.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
- Proactive approach to tasks.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
A minimum of three years of experience in training within the apparel or luxury industry is required.
