Chloé Sustainability Project Assistant (Work‑Study)

- Support the Sustainability Project Lead in planning, executing and tracking cross‑functional sustainability initiatives across product, supply chain and operations.
- Coordinate stakeholders — design, sourcing, production, quality and external partners — to ensure milestones, deliverables and deadlines are met.
- Collect, validate and consolidate sustainability data (materials, supplier questionnaires, emissions, certifications) for reporting and KPI dashboards.
- Prepare presentations, project documentation, meeting minutes and status reports for internal governance and external communications.
- Assist with supplier engagement activities, audit coordination and follow‑up on corrective actions related to sustainability targets.
- Conduct research on sustainable materials, regulatory developments and best practices to inform project recommendations.
- Currently enrolled in a higher education programme (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in sustainability, environmental science, fashion management, business or a related discipline.
- Strong organisational and project coordination skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Analytical aptitude with experience handling data and preparing concise reports.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to liaise with cross‑functional teams and external suppliers.
- Proactive mindset, capacity to work autonomously and thrive in a fast‑paced, creative environment.

Previous internship or practical experience in sustainability, ESG, supply chain or CSR projects is advantageous but not mandatory; the role targets students in a work‑study (alternance) programme.
Enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in sustainability, environmental science, fashion, business or a related field (work‑study/alternance eligible).
