Chloé Sustainability Project Assistant (Work‑Study)

Chloé is a Parisian luxury ready‑to‑wear house celebrated for its feminine, contemporary aesthetic and artisanal approach to design. 1. Support the Sustainability Project Lead in planning, executing and tracking cross‑functional sustainability initiatives across product, supply chain and operations.
2. Coordinate stakeholders — design, sourcing, production, quality and external partners — to ensure milestones, deliverables and deadlines are met.
3. Collect, validate and consolidate sustainability data (materials, supplier questionnaires, emissions, certifications) for reporting and KPI dashboards.
4. Prepare presentations, project documentation, meeting minutes and status reports for internal governance and external communications.
5. Assist with supplier engagement activities, audit coordination and follow‑up on corrective actions related to sustainability targets.
6. Conduct research on sustainable materials, regulatory developments and best practices to inform project recommendations.

1. Currently enrolled in a higher education programme (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in sustainability, environmental science, fashion management, business or a related discipline.
2. Strong organisational and project coordination skills with meticulous attention to detail.
3. Analytical aptitude with experience handling data and preparing concise reports.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to liaise with cross‑functional teams and external suppliers.
5. Proactive mindset, capacity to work autonomously and thrive in a fast‑paced, creative environment.

Enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in sustainability, environmental science, fashion, business or a related field (work‑study/alternance eligible).
