Chloé Sustainability Project Assistant Intern

- Manage relationships with associations for volunteer missions and coordinate the volunteer program with regional offices in the US and Asia.
- Collaborate with the Internal Communication team to draft and coordinate Social and Environmental Responsibility content for emails, intranet, and LinkedIn, and create supporting materials such as newsletters and reports.
- Monitor and research projects led by women and consumer behavior trends related to sustainability.
- Support the Circularity and New Business Models Manager in deploying the Maison's circularity strategy, including daily activities and interactions with partners, external providers, and other departments.
- Conduct detailed competitive analysis on circularity and innovation in the luxury and fashion industries, as well as other relevant sectors.
- Assist the sustainability team with daily tasks and support data collection for sustainability reporting.
- Master's degree or equivalent higher education qualification.
- Proactive, autonomous, and willing to work in dynamic environments on new and innovative topics.
- Previous volunteer experience in the non-profit sector and initial professional experience are advantageous.
- Fluency in English (C1 minimum, written and spoken).
- Excellent writing skills in both French and English.
- Sensitivity to gender equality, diversity, inclusion, and circularity issues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong initiative and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Commitment to excellence and creativity.
- Awareness of societal and environmental impact.
Previous volunteer experience in the non-profit sector and initial professional experience are advantageous.
