1. Manage relationships with associations for volunteer missions and coordinate the volunteer program with regional offices in the US and Asia.
2. Collaborate with the Internal Communication team to draft and coordinate Social and Environmental Responsibility content for emails, intranet, and LinkedIn, and create supporting materials such as newsletters and reports.
3. Monitor and research projects led by women and consumer behavior trends related to sustainability.
4. Support the Circularity and New Business Models Manager in deploying the Maison's circularity strategy, including daily activities and interactions with partners, external providers, and other departments.
5. Conduct detailed competitive analysis on circularity and innovation in the luxury and fashion industries, as well as other relevant sectors.
6. Assist the sustainability team with daily tasks and support data collection for sustainability reporting.

1. Master's degree or equivalent higher education qualification.
2. Proactive, autonomous, and willing to work in dynamic environments on new and innovative topics.
3. Previous volunteer experience in the non-profit sector and initial professional experience are advantageous.
4. Fluency in English (C1 minimum, written and spoken).
5. Excellent writing skills in both French and English.
6. Sensitivity to gender equality, diversity, inclusion, and circularity issues.
