1. Oversee the allocation of leather goods across retail, wholesale, and digital channels.
2. Collaborate closely with production, merchandising, and market teams to anticipate market needs and maintain optimal inventory levels.
3. Ensure timely distribution of new collections from manufacturers to boutiques, in alignment with launch dates.
4. Define and confirm setup quantities in collaboration with Merchandising teams prior to launches.
5. Act as a liaison between production and markets, participating actively in weekly Time to Market meetings and keeping markets informed of potential delays.
6. Manage daily distribution to regions, updating Anaplan settings, and coordinating regional supply planners to optimize end-to-end performance.
7. Handle shortages through central arbitration in coordination with Merchandising, Production, and Commercial departments, and simulate launch scenarios.
8. Ensure the effective operation of the autoreplenishment system for permanent products.
9. Monitor and adjust target stock levels based on sales trends and seasonal peaks, projecting needs for timely replenishment.
10. Control weekly in-store presence rates and drive regional efforts to meet target rates.
11. Ensure proper DRP (Anaplan) configuration for effective distribution across all channels.
