1. Deliver exceptional customer service and cultivate long-term client relationships.
2. Engage actively in CRM initiatives to achieve targets and implement personalized outreach campaigns.
3. Capture and maintain comprehensive client data, focusing on VVICs and VICs.
4. Utilize omnichannel services to enhance sales and meet store and individual KPIs.
5. Participate in training and commercial activities to achieve sales and CRM objectives.
6. Maintain an impeccable store environment and support colleagues and management.
7. Inform management of any necessary store repairs to ensure a luxurious environment.
8. Implement store and back-of-house management guidelines and participate in inventories.
9. Support after-sales clients and ensure high-quality after-sales service.
10. Comply with Richemont policies and standards.

1. Proven experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-focused environment.
2. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
3. Familiarity with CRM systems and clienteling tools.

Candidates should have experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-focused environment, with a track record of building and maintaining client relationships.

Expected hourly range: $21-$24/hr. Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
