- Deliver exceptional customer service and cultivate long-term client relationships.
- Engage actively in CRM initiatives to achieve targets and implement personalized outreach campaigns.
- Capture and maintain comprehensive client data, focusing on VVICs and VICs.
- Utilize omnichannel services to enhance sales and meet store and individual KPIs.

- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Candidates should have experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-focused environment, with a track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
Expected hourly range: $21-$24/hr. Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
