1. Deliver exceptional customer service and develop long-term client relationships.

4. Utilize omnichannel services to enhance sales and business performance.
5. Participate in training and commercial activities to achieve sales and KPI targets.
6. Maintain an impeccable store environment and support operational excellence.
7. Inform management of any required store repairs to ensure a luxurious setting.
8. Adhere to Richemont policies and participate in inventory management.
9. Support after-sales service and ensure client satisfaction.

1. Proven track record in luxury retail or a similar environment.
2. Strong understanding of CRM and clienteling strategies.
3. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Expected hourly range: $21-$24/hr. Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
