1. Serve as a brand ambassador, welcoming guests into the Chloé family and providing exceptional customer service.
2. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, focusing on CRM targets and personalized outreach campaigns.
3. Utilize clienteling tools to capture client data and manage a portfolio of customers, including VVICs and VICs.
4. Leverage omnichannel services to enhance sales and achieve store and individual sales targets.
5. Participate in training sessions and commercial activities to improve sales performance and meet KPIs.
6. Ensure the store environment is impeccable, supporting colleagues and managers in maintaining luxury standards.
7. Report any structural repairs needed to maintain a luxurious store environment.
8. Implement store guidelines and participate in inventory management.
9. Support after-sales clients and ensure high-quality after-sales service.
10. Adhere to Richemont policies and standards.
